Chief Mentor
Right guidance. Right choices. Right growth.
Konnect Mentors is built around honest, practical and profile-based guidance for students who want clarity before choosing a college, course or career direction.
Purpose-Led Mentorship
Since 2008, I have been working in the Education Sector with one strong purpose - to help students make the right career decisions and turn their aspirations into successful careers.
Over the last 18+ years, I have had the privilege of mentoring and guiding 9,000+ students in their journey towards MBA and Management education - from understanding their career goals and choosing the right B-School, to preparing for admissions, building the right skills, preparing for placements, and supporting them throughout their journey.
For me, mentorship has never been limited to simply helping a student get admission into a college. It is about understanding the student first.
Every student has a different background, different strengths, different ambitions and a different definition of success. That is why I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to career building.
Why I Started Konnect Mentors
Over the years, I noticed that many students and parents struggle with the same questions: Which college is right for me? Which MBA specialization should I choose? Am I making the right career decision? How can I prepare for a successful MBA journey? How do I become placement-ready?
These decisions can shape a student's future, yet many students make them without the right guidance. That is where Konnect Mentors was born.
Konnect Mentors is my vision to create a Mentorship Ecosystem where students don't have to navigate their career journey alone. Here, mentorship goes beyond admission.
My Mentorship Philosophy
"If you choose the right mentor, success becomes a journey - not a destination."
My approach is simple: Understand, Guide, Prepare, Support, Empower.
I believe in giving students honest, practical and profile-based guidance, rather than simply following trends or making promises.
From selecting the right MBA path and B-School to preparing for the corporate world and placements, my objective is to help students make informed decisions at every important stage.
My Vision for Konnect Mentors
At Konnect Mentors, my vision is to build a trusted mentorship platform for students who want to make better career decisions, pursue the right Management education or any other options for their Higher Studies in India & Abroad and prepare themselves for a successful corporate career.
I want every student to have access to the kind of guidance that can save them from making costly mistakes and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.
I founded Konnect Mentors with a simple belief: When Purpose gets the right Guidance, Potential gets the Power to become Success.
